areas in the upper-middle reaches of the Yangtze River, mainly engaged in providing clients the international forwarding agency business, including canvassing, packaging, warehousing, LCL &
FCL and services of short distance transportation, home-delivery, booking, loading, customs
clearance, declaration for entry-exit inspection & quarantine, insurance brokerage, making
documents and operating by multi-mode transportations of railway, road & waterway, and as well engaged in sales of general merchandise, all kinds of artworks (except gold works), knitted
textiles, petrochemicals, electronics, common machinery and hardware. China Arts Intertrans
Jiangsu Co., Ltd has independent management qualifications, self-management and do the agent as importing and exporting business for different kinds of commodity and technology, meanwhile,
supplies professional sourcing service for the customers and functions as the international
ocean shipping agency and non vessel operating common carrier.
In Jan, 2003, China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd was approved by the Ministry of
Communications of the People's Republic of China and granted NVOCC Management Qualifications
License(Code: MOC-NV00762), with which we’re qualified for NVOCC business of transportation of goods oriented to entry-exit ports of the People's Republic of China. In July, 2003, Marine
Transportation License of the People's Republic (Code: 交蘇XK0103) of China was granted and
registered under the Ministry of Communications of the People's Republic of China, with which
we’re qualified for the business of transportation of common goods in areas along the route
and tributaries of the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
We are the only one forwarding enterprise that has the sea route management rights in Jiangsu province. We are granted International Shipping Agency Management License (Code: MOC-VA01300) in Jun, 2005. We are members of China CIFA (International Freight Associations) and WCA
（World Cargo Alliance）.
China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd is not only the signing Agents of CMA CGM, HMM, SAF MARINE, HANJIN, APL, MITSUI O.S.K., OOCL, EVERGREEN, SINOKOR, ZIM, PIL, WANHAI, CHINA SHIPPING, SSA, K-LINE, T.S. LINE, SITC and etc, but as well is providing barging service in tributaries
of the Yangtze River from ports of Wuhu and Jiangsu(such as ports of Nanjing, Yangzhou,
Zhenjiang, Zhangjiagang, Changzhou, Nantong, and Taicang) to the ports of Shanghai(ports of
Waigaoqiao and Yangshan),for shipping companies, such as HMM, HANJIN, CMA CGM, MITSUI O.S.K.,
SAF MARINE, WANHAI, PIL, EVERGREEN, T.S. LINE, SSA, SITC and etc. At the present, there’re
four barges (space no.: 594TEU) sailing on Yangtze River in schedule on Monday, Wednesday,
Thursday and Friday per week.
China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd set up Jiangsu China Arts Customs Broker in July,
1999, by the special approval of Nanjing Customs, who granted us the power of procuration in
customs declaration. We’re also one of the twenty forwarder enterprises qualified for
inspection declaration. We can offer customers import and export customs and inspection
declarations business with our quality declarers and inspectors and best service facilities.
We are authorized by Nanjing Customs to provide service of door-to-door collection and dredge
system with high efficiency from Nanjing port to Shanghai port.
China National Arts & Crafts (Group) Corp. and China Arts and Crafts Import and Export
Group merged into one large state-owned corporation in 2007 to whom we’re affiliated, which
makes us potential and powerful in development. Those who are also affiliated to the group are

China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd set up branches in areas such as Shanghai,
Zhangjiagang, Nantong, Zhenjiang, Changzhou, Yangzhou, Suzhou, Ningbo, Wuhu, Hefei and etc,
which makes us qualified and powerful in service in areas in the Yangtze River basin,
especially in the route of the lower-middle reaches of the Yangtze River. We’re capable of
offering customers complete and competitive logistics solutions. Branches of Zhangjiagang,
Yangzhou and Nantong, which gain advantage over the other local forwarders and incomparable,
were set up with joint venture from China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd and the local ports. We have warehouses in ports of Nanjing, Zhangjiagang, Yangzhou and Nantong, in which we can
provide one-stop services such as storage, distribution, packaging, processing, loading,
collection and transportation.
China Arts Intertrans Jiangsu Co., Ltd has as well internal networks of our own in airports of the major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Nanjing. We are qualified for air cargo
forwarding and have established so intimate cooperation relationships with major airliners that we can supply excellent air services such as booking, collection, customs clearance,
distribution, door-to-door transportation, processing and so on.
